Mark Rashid is a clinician who is internationally known for his ability to understand the horse’s point of view and solve difficult problems using softness, feel and communication rather than force. He has not only been a mentor, but a friend to Shannon for several years.

Melissa is located near the Sacramento Foothills. Although different in their own rights, she and Shannon share a passion for their work and a foundation of working with horses which comes from the heart.

A saddle design/manufacturing company that produces barrel racing, trail riding, reining and roping saddles. Dave returns to the basic anatomy of the horse for proper saddle design and fit. The end result is a saddle which fits your horse and seats the rider in a balanced position. Shannon owns a few of Dave's saddles.

Dr. Deb's background in biomechanics allows her to clearly explain how horse conformation relates to performance ability.  Shannon has studied biomechanics and taken anatomy/dissection courses with Dr. Deb.

Maureen Rogers is a pioneer in the field of equine craniosacral work. She is the founder of Equine CranioSacral Workshops, which Shannon is studying.
